Overview

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our full policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items eligible for return:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Items that arrived defective

  • Items that were sent incorrectly (wrong product or variant)

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering

  • Items returned after 14 days of the delivery date

  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at time of purchase)

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at Gifts@kdsnoveltystore.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, please follow the return process instead.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at Gifts@kdsnoveltystore.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return

  • For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos showing the issue

  • We will respond within [INSERT TIMEFRAME, e.g., 2–3 business days] with return instructions

Do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

You do not need to return damaged products to K.D.S. Novelty Store. Because items are made to order, refund request requires clear photo or video proof of the damage or manufacturing error submitted within 30 days of delivery, after which we will issue a free reprint or a full refund. Email photo or video to Gifts@kdsnoveltystore.com

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement

We do not charge any fees to process your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at Gifts@kdsnoveltystore.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, your choice, at no additional cost to you.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
